What we store

• Your name and email address, so we can give you access to your brand.
• Your brand strategy work: positioning, messaging, plans, notes and anything you or we write into the hub.
• Performance figures you or we record against your measures, such as enquiries, sales and channel results.
• Files and images uploaded to your brand, such as logos and visual references.

We never store passwords for your own platforms in the hub. Where access is listed, we record only whether it has been granted.

Why we store it

So your brand work lives in one calm place that both of us can reach: to run your project, to keep a record of decisions, and to track how the brand is performing over time. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.

Where it is hosted

Your data is held in a Supabase database and file store hosted in the European Union. Access is limited to you, anyone you share your account with, and Peacock Creative Design.

Your data, your call

You can ask for a copy of everything we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@peacockcreativedesign.co.uk and we will come back to you within a few working days.
